- Project type
- Real project for a family-support service on the Acadian Peninsula.
- The goal
- Make a new family service easy to understand and easy to trust, and show it is more than babysitting.
- My role
- Brand positioning, website structure, bilingual messaging, service descriptions, social media content, visual direction and launch communications.
- Deliverables
- A live bilingual website and social media and launch content.
- Key decision
- Position the brand as broader family support rather than “just babysitting”, so families see where it fits into everyday life.

Coup de Pouce Famille was created to offer practical support to local families, not just childcare, but a trusted helping hand for everyday life. My role was to help shape how the service would be positioned, explained and presented online so families could immediately understand what it was, who it was for and why it felt different.
01 · THE CHALLENGE
The Challenge
The biggest challenge was clarity. A new family service can easily be misunderstood, especially when it offers more than one type of support. The goal was to make the brand feel warm, professional and local while clearly communicating that Coup de Pouce Famille was more than a babysitting service.

03 · THE STRATEGY
Creating clarity, trust and connection
The strategy focused on making the service easy to understand and easy to trust.
I helped define the messaging around support, flexibility and family life, organized the different services into a clear website structure and created bilingual content that felt natural for the local audience.
The goal was to move the brand away from the perception of being “just babysitting” and position it as a broader family-support service, something families could turn to when everyday life became overwhelming.
- Clear service positioning
- Local and bilingual voice
- Simple website journey
- Trust-focused messaging
- Community-first approach
04 · WEBSITE EXPERIENCE
Turning the idea into a clear digital experience
The website was designed to answer the most important questions quickly: What is Coup de Pouce Famille? Who is it for? What services are available? And how can a family get started?
The content and structure were built around clarity, warmth and simple calls to action, while keeping the brand visually approachable and family-focused.

05 · SOCIAL MEDIA & LAUNCH CONTENT
Building awareness through content
The social content was created to introduce the service, explain how it works and build trust with local families.
Instead of focusing only on promotion, the content was designed to answer questions, correct misconceptions and show how Coup de Pouce Famille could fit into real family life.
06 · OUTCOME
The Result
The project resulted in a cohesive bilingual brand presence with a clear service message, consistent website experience and social content system designed to support awareness and trust in the local community.
The final brand feels approachable, practical and local while giving families a much clearer understanding of the support available to them.
